RIGIR's flexible automated production line equipped with industrial robots enables the fully automatic manufacturing of flat coils from winding and laser stripping to soldering, ensuring impeccable product quality.

RIGIR’s manufacturing workshop realizes fully automatic winding for common-mode inductors, differential-mode inductors, three-phase inductors and four-phase inductors.With a maximum wire diameter of 2.6mm, a maximum toroidal core diameter of 60mm, and support for parallel winding of up to four wires, it fully accommodates customer requirements for high-current applications.We consistently deliver premium product quality and high-volume production capability.

RIGIR’s transformer assembly lines are extensively deployed with industrial robots.

They not only achieve lean production in the one-operator, one-line, one-piece flow mode, covering processes such as core center leg dispensing, magnetic core assembly, dispensing at core mating surfaces, tape wrapping, as well as hipot test, interlayer test, inductance test, resistance test, leakage inductance test and Q-factor test for semi-finished products.

More importantly, the production lines enable flexible and rapid model changeover. Automated production can be launched with a minimum batch of only 200 pieces, setting a benchmark for the automated manufacturing of high-power and ultra-high-power magnetic components.
