RIGIR has realized automated winding production for toroidal common-mode and differential-mode inductors.

RIGIR’s self-developed flexible automated lines manufacture planar transformers. Industrial robot assistants are deployed at every station. Winding stacking for planar transformers achieves zero missing laminations, high precision and high-speed operation, enabling flexible specification changeovers.

On RIGIR’s flexible automated lines, operators for mid-stage magnetic core assembly and taping work with two industrial robot assistants. Supported by the robots, the process maintains excellent product quality consistency.

RIGIR deploys numerous industrial robots for mid-stage operations such as soldering, insulation application, base plate assembly and adhesive dispensing. Working alongside operators, the robots boost reliable quality and production efficiency to achieve lean manufacturing.
